hi all, so its been about 16 years since the last PC build i did.. back then if i wanted to swap the direction in which a fan blows without flipping the whole fan, i would just swap the + and - wires. now i have 2 Corsair QX140 fans that ill need to reverse in a build im doing.. does the old way of just swapping the wires still work?? have seen a few posts that say that some newer fans dont work with this method anymore. does anyone here have experience with these fans or anyone that can help? thank you

Luckily (after going up the chain and yelling at a couple different low level customer service people) they did the right thing and replaced the laptop entirely because it was under warranty. Luckily for me, the laptop was out of production and had been replaced by a newer model so they sent me the next one up in their product line which meant I got an 11300H and 3050ti mobile. Still not great but it was fine at the time. I ended up giving it to my younger brother for Christmas when I decided to upgrade to an asus tuf F15 with a 12700H and 4070 mobile. Kept that laptop for about a year and sold it like 2 weeks ago on eBay for $250 less than I paid for it. Not bad.
