Don't think so - using the G733 (not G773, as those don't exist) via a USB OTG adapter is a use-case I don't think Logitech really considered when designing this headset. I own the headset and have not found a way to modify the RGB without running the G Hub software. Logitech would have to provide a way to manage it without the software.
