Either the charging PIN inside the barrel jack is loose, or the power jack in the laptop is loose. Sometimes you can reaplce just the power jack inside the laptop, but that depends on if its soldered or not.

Doesn't make sense to me when my PC would need to outlive me before I write enough data to kill an SSD. 🤷 Besides, most SSDs have ~8-32GB of "invisible" NAND flash that the controller will already re-map as cells start to die anyway.

(because I actually think the fins are clogged, sure it's a Celeron but it's quite old and thermal paste + fins... but I think it's a power saving thing, afterall you don't have anything open you would be wasting power)
