Nope the previous owner, woman so handbags probably

I think it'll clean out mostly
ahhh its missing the sport package
It's Sport Line
Why is a 1 series so expensive
i never udnerstood why folks dont order that
But not M-Sport
^what i meant
if you get the M pack you get like more contrast i think, like stiching etc somo logos
now it is super black and grey
You'd get Alcantara seats
This is actually s gray interior
And upgraded from base
Also has the sport seats
With leg extenders
really? they look lik they are half leather?
Yes they are
yes I know I should treat her better
stinger ?
yea
sports one ?
It does have the upgraded sat nav and digital gauges tho which is nice
wait can someone dox using plates?
Dox?
i like it but i have had mixed experiences haha
yeah
no but someone can call the cops
i might get a bimmer next xD
The base ones are also digital but uglier so this is better xD
True
haha no
140i crazy car
if it was a faster one perhaps
yah dont want to sound like a knob, but when you get used to ''fast'' cars its hard going back
even tho 141hp is fine for NL
if you search one of my plates it comes up under the "art of shedding" : (
its noooot a shed plsbro
This one was delivered by a Dutch dealer but then registered in Belgium
Never registered in NL
if i would get a bimmer now would be older gen M5 or newer gen 540i

i really really like the 540i
i need to get a few more years of no dmg tho, bc insurance is insane
i'm willing to pay for nice car but not like 450 per month of only insurance
Was thinking of getting a 1 series
It's stupid how I fit in a Corsa but not in a BMW
but now it seems like a bad idea
yeah
get a E46 touring : )
2nd hand markt is insane
isnt the corsa taller ?
Idk maybe your experience is different
Yeah but it's mostly about the width
my brother wanted a e46 glas i got him talked out of that
Headroom was fine
newer cars seem to get smaller
id like to see you in a chevette
I was hitting the door and B-pillar
My brother has a Volvo V40, roughly the same size as the 1er. Feels way more spacious in the front
Anyway, bought it, now importing it, and then flipping it

bizness
buy the blue chevette, big car tonnes of room : )
Like 4x as expensive
we have been doing that for a while
the a class is almost finished
waiting for the plates and then selling it
Rust = Infinite space
its had like Β£500 of sheet metal put into it

the stuff we use is generally thicker so its probably a bit heavier than factory
light armour chevette
Tankiata
most fun i've ever had in a car
Oh I just remember: the BMW still has a warranty

Trim is coming loose, they gotta fix it for me
dayum allready?
Probably literally double sided tape, but they can do it
whats the KM's on it?
120k is not bad but 2020 yeah it got used π
Shouldn't matter for a piece of trim tho
Yeah no it's mechanically in great condition
a co worker bought a 2.0 a7 with 287k km's from germany
''it is using alot of oil''
Also no rattles or anything
no shit π
No oil usage, no leaks
was the oil changed ?
i change my oil every 6500 km's
Transmission wants new oil tho
Last time at 107k km iirc
tbh new cars have their intervals waaaaay to optemisticly planned
It says next oil change at 137k or 12-2023

Yeah this has been driven on the optimistic cycle
Yeah this car has a 2 year or 30k km interval
Dont think that its good for the car
But ngl I'm not going to bother with any of that. New transmission oil, new grill, nice paint polish and off she goes

I mean its a flip
MK are you interested in another car?
friend is selling his s4 soon i think
its has like 67k km;s
s4 b5 ?
Oof yeah no can't afford to run/maintain/insure/... That
I wasn't even planning on buying this
idk it is a 2012 2013 one
b7
i think insurance is not that bad tbh but yeah
they need love
Cant find a LHD nice s4 B5
B8 actually
yeah
I'll keep dailying the Corsa probably, LPG is cheap to run xD
nice car
its not this one but same spec almost
If I did fit in the BMW I might've kept it
pretty nice
yeah it is a cool car
Dayum that Atos in the back
The Atos? Definitely
apperently

xD
Audi aint building new engines
Bruh
Cheap fuel ^
What car is this?
This one
sure if you make the sale add send it to me
Oh I didnβt see that
ill send it to my friends
Yeah gotta get the plates for it first and detailed, and the transmission serviced
Is it yours?
Luckily the BMW dealer is 2 blocks from the hangar where it's stored, and the RDW station is just 5km away
Oh nice
Too cheap, couldn't resist
next month im going to drive on of the hottest EV's to date
company car of my friend
Ooh
But it's too narrow for me, I can't properly fit in it. Otherwise I might've kept it
Lucid Air

we went to the dealer to look at it
BMW i4 wasn't an option? xD
Those are nice
Idc what mustang purists say
I don't like the rear
mach E looks pretty nice
the interior the rear the sides the front
it looks obese
interior looks like china numba 1
Sir you mean thicc ?
It's the smallest hatchback
ah yes im sorry π
Basically a 2 Gran Coupe, but hatchback
Man I love spring time. It makes driving so nice

Oh neat
I looks like a 2 series
i like the ev6 way more in terms of looks
yeah he wants yellow blue or red
i said none
invisible :p
if i had to pick of those 3
See y'all later
red

adios
cya
Auf Wiedersehen
such an odd turbo placement
and if anyone is curious, the radiator was moved to the rear
And the filt is probably low af box below front passenger?
Don't knick it :p
Dude I'd be scared to sit in that
Power to mass ratio over 69001
turbo is a turbo
here's my volvo
Ive used it for autocross and stuff
has some mods on it
has an hks blow off valve and makes fun noises
rn the project is to put brake calipers off a mitsubishi evo 3 on it
it's just weird placement, the hot side piping is right underneath the cold intercooler feed, it's just gonna be heating up that cold air
oh
this is the airflow with red being the hot exhaust piping, blue the cold intake
also the blowoff valve is going to be venting right into the intake
are you building like a shell for the car or just straightup just supports
nah it's a youtuber's competition drift car
ohh
he's upgrading from the LS miata he's been using the past few years to a corvette
We dive into installing the EGT finishing the headers mounting the dry sump tank, fancy billet parts and AN lines. It's really getting close now!

his content is a bit dry, but he's super informative
that's normal for some yts
chrisfix doesn't post that much
Back on the N54 thing, Burger Motorsport charge $200 AUD for their dual cone intake. Literally went to autobarn (local automotive shop) and bought 2 pod filters and 2.5β to 3β adapters and put them in. Total cost was $55
@stoic ledge what do you want for the bimmer?
That doesn't loon healthy
Also
I bet that took so much effort do do it
Why tho
because I think think it give the seller some income
What are you offering?
And in what condition? π
if you fix it all like you said
im not offering shit π
just let me know how much you want
AH yeah gotta see, I'm probably going to list it for ~24k-25k? Gives me some nice negotiation space
hmm i think that is a little steep
but if you find someone that wants to pay like 22k i would do it
Yeah but that gets negotiation room
Because if I put it as 22k
People try to get it for 20k

So ~22(.5)k is what I'm aiming for
yeah i understand
they are weirdly priced
if you look for 20k there is one for sale
then at 25 they all have like 20k km's
Is there
Haven't spotted that one
And I've looked everywhere
Even the cheapest one in Germany is 20k
And that also had 150k km, and less equipment
I also saw an import with just 15k km... but only β¬900 BPM
That can't be right either
Nice man, how long did the install take and how hard was it?
I hear that top intake is tough to get in
Anyway letβs take a moment to appreciate how good Supras look
The wing just completed the look
i lied
25k there is one
Yeah I saw that
"High Executive"

Single zone climate control, not the virtual cockpit (so also the smaller infotainment screen). No air vents in the rear
Does have heated seats tho
Until they added RGB in the cars i didnβt even notice the ambient lighting in my F30

I didnβt know they made modern BMWs with single zone climate control
I just looked on the website, you can get an X1 with no heated seats
Strange for a luxury brand
my a6 has no heated seats
But cooled seats only in luxury cars π
I have "heated" seats
They get so warm, you can feel it burning
At least that happened to the driver side
I have blank buttons where heated seats should be
pReMiUm German cars = everything is optional
π
I don't even have a blank in the Corsa, they used a different button panel with heated seats π (Blank is there is the car has Start/Sport or traction control disable button)
BMW has a blank but nicely integrated
I also don't like heated seats btw
But cooled seats, yes pls
My Dad might be getting given an electric car from his work
probably fed up of him collecting customers in a heap
i like heated seats and cooled seats. i need both :p
doesn't it get cold in the winter in europe? you guys are north of us lol
yeah, there's the gulf stream. but it shouldn't make that much of a difference
the cold is nice
I have considered adding a electric heater ahead of my blower motor to aid with defogging in the morning
depends what you define as cold
not freezing so 0 to 10C
oh
prefer freezing over 18C+
thats what id call freezing
much happier in freezing temperatures than above 18C, cant stand being warm
freezing is bad though because my council lob tonnes of car dissolvent down anytime it gets close to freezing
my arches were mint until it met fife council : (
π
lol
that is like beyond heatwave I am cooking
we had a heat wave a few years ago, it was in the 90s every day
just nah
32-38 c
oh nice, do you know which car?
I think it will be a choice between stuff around the price range of a nissan leaf
he wont care though aslong as its less money than hes spending now, mega cheapskate
Cloth seats are never cold
Cloth seats. Best seats.
Exactly
I h8 french car suspension
new crv?
HRV I think
Yeah. It's the HR-V.
They should lower it π
And hell yeah fuck all this leather bs
Though. The best seat might just be wool.
Idk what people want with leather seats but have they ever driven a car in summer afterbit was parked outside
Marking its territory
I'm trying to ask the same question. That's a bulk transporter...
I'm guessing that it was overfilled and blew up?
Yeah. It was a bulk transporter as I thought.
How long even is that road train!
I'd say 25.25 meters?
Have you ever steered one of those into your leg on purpose?
Hurts like hell (the one you have in the vid is way beyond the point I'm talking about... from the looks of it)
It's your own damn fault; you knew already that it would cause a decent amount of pain; you did it anyways just to see exactly how much pain that power can cause with that mass
Plus it usually climbs your shoe and hits your shin
It's here, it's fast, and when batteries catch up to it, road trips will be a piece of cake!

You gotta get the right version cable to have enough teracoulombs/s bandwidth
if you don't have good enough cable plugged in to station, it will glow red to indicate the error
There's a beep code too but it comes from smoke detector spkr
Ironically, any place that has a shot at supporting everybody switching to teslas most definitely doesn't use exclusively wind/solar and all those other "green renewable sources" as decided for some reason
If the block you're at has enough power to have people charging their ev in 10 min simultaneously as many as you'd have pumping gas in every gas station there...
yeah, your tesla was powered by nuclear, coal, at best hydro I guess
I don't own a Tesla.
Β―_(γ)_/Β―
And my plan is to use an EV as a commuter. I travel maybe 100 miles a week. And I'm including just messing around town after work.
My legacy powered car is sticking around for the long run.
Well I mean what else is there other than tesla that's full ev
because at this rate, it probably has to be full ev in order to take any significant problems off one's shoulder
You can make EV and ICE products.
Nissan has been doing it.
Ford, GM, VW, soon Toyota, Kia/Hyundai are all doing it.
Sure there's that prius supposedly optimal strategy where you lease them for two years and end up with probably cheapest insurance you'd ever have, save some of the largest quantities of gas and (best part imo) trade in a toyota within 2 years which means it won't have time to even get that signature screeching belt issue lol
Along with Mercedes, BMW, and half of China.
Is it cheaper than tesla and can you lease it?
Tbh base nissan might be still more useful than full stock tesla
My buddy took me on a first ride in a tesla only a few months ago
I need a commuter. If I wanted to go 300 miles on a charge I'd get a Hyundai or Ford at this point.
The entire dash instruments, all middle console controls are replaced with a single fkn ipad
I'm aware.
And I've voiced my concerns on that control scheme in a dozen places and at least a dozen times here.
I wasn't. Tbh I'd never really cared at all to even consider it in the first place
I mean... trying using your phone on a bumpy road.
Now imagine reaching across a large space, and trying to tap a thing while driving... in the rain, at night.
Congrats, you're trying to turn the wipers on at night.
Expensive, gas wasn't even an issue to the current extent, worst of all it drives itself and such
Literally every single other automaker will have a control stalk with wiper controls. Usually on the left.
Oh no, windows fogging up. Hit that defrost button. Not a menu item, a physical hardware button.
... Looking at you Germany and now Subaru.
Well if the nav and other stuff I require is more practical and useful as my mobile device (phone, tab, whatever), I'll use the car one
Do you really want to pay a subscription fee to use those features tho?
If I opt out (usually the case), simply one of those mounts to somewhere in the center and put the phone on it
Imagine needing to go through a menu to adjust the air vents.
Well bmw I haven't bothered trying to use its nav yet because of pretty much issues on that topic
It's non-touch and the highest dimensionality control is the wheel which clicks u/d/l/r and presses
the only other thing is the rotation cw/ccw.
So I haven't even bothered going to where I type an address... but what's the most trivial possible way?
I can only think of scroll through letters/numbers with wheel like that onion meme about the iwheel back in the day lol
And then max a predictive text which may or may not work in your favor π
Plus a bunch of things feel backwards with the wheel like zoom in/out on the map. Must be a euro thing because driver on the wrong side lmao
Imagine being a lefty flip mouse user and referring to the right button as lmb and vice-versa. You consider it perfectly understandable... yet you're still using the terms as their only exact opposite meaning... could be the only instance of when this happens in most people's entire lifetime too...
But I digress. The phone I try to always set up the nav and never touch at all while driving. Same would go for the car's console however they set it up. Iwheel is worse, touch screen still seems intensely dangerous given how much attention is taken off the road
or even how long my other hand is off the steering wheel. Empty highway seems safest but tires/engine/whatever probably has highest chance to blow up here from whichever issue. Usually you have no idea about engine overheating or wheel about to burst until you hit 100kph+
Just yesterday, I got reminded yet again by a charred stain on the freeway. Idk what happened but it was probably bad and required cleanup lol
But then you have stuff like speed, gas, rpms, engine temp on the dash. Those things moved anywhere away from their usual spot is a step in the wrong direction imo
RPMs I guess you don't need because who cares on a tesla. Everything else is a plain stupid idea. Why move the instruments away from the one optimal place where driver is already looking
Might as well have the Tesla drive itself 100% of the time and turn the ipad into an actual ipad with just music and youtube.
But again, imo, no amount of ai or software will ever replace certain things like steering column physically connected to steering wheel. Even power steering is more dangerous when it goes out only if you didn't know you lost it until you hit a bump at 120kph. That's why they tell you to keep both hands on wheel btw
BLIS is good until light dies and you think nobody is in blind spot (you were trained not to check it physically -- physically looking there is literally the best possible technology in terms of reliability)
You good bro? You been typing to yourself for over half an hour
BMW isn't perfect and can make equally as stupid choices: the alert for passenger restraint malfunction is the first one I've seen that not only never stops, it completely prevents you from seeing time on dash. You can only see it on center console for a few seconds if you navigate in or out of current menu... so again, take one hand off, look away from road, feel around for iwheel and click it left or right. Sometimes it takes two tries because it's the root menu or you're selecting something without another one. On the other hand, the oil level it checks for you doesn't alert at all on minimum until you manually go to that place. It was already running long enough and the level was measured at minimum (it does this automatically regardless)
I hate the BMW supra
Itβs a toyota supra
the mk 5 does not give the mk 4 vibes yk get it
Well tbh I kinda hate it too because it made me think I never need to check my oil in the menu manually and it would be one of the many 1024^1024 alerts that come up
It doesnβt need to
anyways
itβs a 20 year old generational car
They literally made a feature that needs one additional trivial thing to make sense
Well idk the point of BMW at this point tbh. I mean you can find parts easier than a saab I guess
Itβs a fit replacement
The B58 engine is super solid
Once in a while I floor it and it gives me "Engine malfunction; reduced power" until next start. Whatever that means. On a saab, the engine alert didn't say to "drive to destination carefully and have it diagnosed". Engine lamp meant like pull over and check out if anything obvious is wrong
Now you can get it in manual
Manual tbh is one thing I can agree makes sense to replace with automatic to a reasonable extent
In fact there arenβt any inline 6 engines that are manufactured now that do itβs job very well. BMW makes the most solid i6βs
Thatβs why Toyota picked BMW
Tbh I wish they put in the S58
You never risk doing severe damage in a few seconds because of third pedal mistake during one of the stops/starts you do literally always
Inlines 6 and up are also a logical thing to get rid of. It might be pretty much on the opposing side of the stuff I wrote chapters about just now. Ipad in center for everything on dash is absolutely the worst possible decision. Enough pistons in a V instead of inline is always more optimal. I don't think there's any possible timing mechanism that shows otherwise
Inline 6 I'm pretty sure was on a 94 Jeep I drove. You can literally feel the lag of 6 cylinders in a row lol
Imagine the scandal if Toyota or even BMW went V6 for their performance cars. Theyβll never hear the end of it
BMW has been building inline 6 for decades and theyβve been getting it right every time
I certainly donβt think theyβre laggy or anything
Id say the V6 in a Camry is worse than the inline 6 in my old E90 328i
Tbh I might be talking shite. I'm thinking V6 has more synchronization between the opposing cylinders
Inline 6βs are equally balanced throughout the crank. In fact i6βs generally have better harmonics than V6βs, and theyβre far easier to manufacture and design
Efficiency is a non factor
Well timing as well
Meanwhile inline 6 has no balance between groups of 2 is the difference? If that's the case, then it could be exactly what I imagined makes the inline physically less optimal than v always
flat and w and stuff also better I guess
Because if you want to connect the first and last cylinder directly somehow, you'd have the longest possible mechanism in terms of size lol
Since while one is on the induction stroke the other is on the power stroke which balance it out in 3 pairs
Itβs really really smooth
I agree but they still make hybrids and stuff. Isn't vtec on hondas and vvt for toyotas added efficiency as well?
Variable valve timing is completely different from cylinder arrangement
BMW implemented Valvetronic and VANOS for that reason
What does it do though
Variable
Changes the camshaft lobe timing to optimize the engine for whatever itβs doing
something slips is all I know. At a certain rpm from throttle if I remember correctly. Then 'vtec kicks in'
Thatβs Hondas implementation yes
So... it just saves gas in the end? π
After a certain RPM, VTEC selects a certain camshaft profile to optimize the engine valves for higher performance rather than efficiency
Below that certain RPM it reverts back to efficiency
Oh so other way around
Yeah that I know. Isn't it more or less the same thing
Itβs variable valve timing but afaik itβs not a physical cam profile switcher
VANOS on the other hand is ridiculously complicated and cool
If it's not even anything physical regarding the engine or cam
or even anything between and including the wheels in the end, then...
It is physical though. They each change the way the camshaft interacts with the valves
VANOS and double VANOS does it with sprockets on the side
it's just a profile in an auto car or something ecu related which probably limits whatever and the variable is where that limit is π
Injectors are physical but have profiles in computers I heard
Itβs actually not ECU controlled in most cases
VTEC physically clicks into place when the stress on the cam reaches a certain point in RPM
however if youβre talking about i-VTEC thatβs a different story
that is ECU related
same deal with VVT and VVT-i
I remember somebody even asking me if I think I could flash firmware for their freighter trucks. I said yes because what they explained was some differend binary file firmware that I had to flash over existing firmware lol. It was with some device but they already had it or knew where to get it for me
But it never ended up happening at all I think. I mean I would have not turned it off while it's doing that thing. Still, something about bricking a 200k+ truck ecu makes it scarier than flashing garmin from microsd
Ah ok. I didn't remember how it mechanically engaged, but thought it was the ECU one and it moved it into position where it slips
Same thing except I guess ECU can be told how much throttle, rpm, etc it should happen. Physical governors I pretty much only really understand centrifugal clutch.
I'd rather it be controlled by computer in this case btw. It actually seems like something useful with an optimal profile that actually improves something. Versus a base model having a stock profile and a sports model with profile that lifts some restriction it added in the first place
There's a show I watched where they took an A4 wagon and flashed the RS4 profile or something. It ripped lol. All you need is the specific Audi device thing to change the firmware. It's almost like Apple using their own screws except I guess limiting a base model is still helpful
Granny exhaust and such. It won't rip for long just because the profile or shift points and whatnot are changed for a reason
My buddy told me one of his first stang mods was taking some sort of governor off. Then, last minute reads a forum where somebody mentions they need a better part before letting her rip. Some sort of mount or strut. Stock ones broke lol.
Also I'm talking crap. I remember now it does actually result in more power when you accelerate. Not exactly fuel efficiency related, even though you might get more power with the same amount of gas. I can respect that. Still, yesterday literally a guy pulled up beside me in a sport civic with a vinyl on the sideskirt that said one of the VTEC-whatevers. I respected the patches of manually sanded off paint somehow revealing another matte black under the gloss lol.
It looked like a rally beater even though it probably was the original body parts which he began to sand and didn't finish for some reason... I guess he decided to stick with dealer gloss. The matte underneath is like an optional mod feature.
Yeah I had a smaller one hit my shin when I was young and it brought me to years
I still have that ram red monster truck one from 2000s lying around. I wonder if i can get it to work lol
Last i checked its not the battery anymore
I think last thing that happened was I tried a new battery charged and the wheels jolted when i flicked the switch. Then it died completely
But yeah definitely a shinner from those the first time i tried was the last lol
I guess I need to equip my self with extra mirrors
love extra tight parking spaces in svitzerland
get some blindspot mirrors that stick on your normal mirrors, they work great!
@jovial mauve sold the BMW already
Literally sold it to the initial dealer who wanted it, but they offered my quite a lot more

They're going to import, detail, service etc it
So
for me
Made 3.5k on it just making some phone calls
Maybe I could've gotten slightly more if I did all the work
But now it's 0 risk for me, great profit for me... So I'm happy
VVT isn't valve lift.
Toyota's version of VTEC was VVTL-i
My car has VVT-iE
I didnt say it was valve lift
Variable valve timing
That wasn't immediately obvious with the comments leading up to my response
VVT-iE adds an electric motor on the intake side. No more pesky oil consumption issues
iVTEC also isn't a separate cam lobe. Rather it's some valve trickery
Basically below a certain amount only one intake valve actuates. Over said threshold both valves open up.
Or rather VTEC-E
Honda's marketing is crap
theres a million different variations
between brands and subrands
VVL is stuff like audi's AVS and BMW's valvetronic
dunno if the japanese have an equivalent implementation
They did.
Subaru, Toyota, Honda have all largely abandoned it.
Nissan likely never had it. They do have variable compression engines tho
Forced induction or simply cost to benefit made it largely pointless.
oh wild. Toyota, Nissan, and Mitsubishi still have it.
But it appears Toyota no longer really uses valvematic for their newest engines. I guess they managed to meet all goals without the added complexity.
What a great car π
slander
I need both working mirrors with cars that came with both
305 only has little squareish mirrors tight to the body
few of my friends cars only have a mirror on the right and center which is fine for UK mot
The back wheel looks a lil bigger
yoooo that thing is lit π₯
the car meet is fire !

Hydrogen is volatile, so are battery's but they have become a lot safer. Hydrogen also requires pressure vessles, which are becoming more expensive then battery's.
Hydregom fuel cells and hydregon for infrastructure is beat out by water based battery systems where the water is pumped up, to a different resvour. So its not useful for storing excess power.
Hydrogen fuel cells have the capacity to reach 15kJ/g, which would be abslutly insane. For aircraft, someday, mabey.
But currently its just more expensive, and there is less infistrcututre to support it. And because people don't want to build looping systems because that kinda takes the function of hydregon out of the car
You can't travel well, in a hydregon car
you cant build water based battery systems just anywhere, there's only really a limited number of candidates around where the landscape is ideal enough
yeah I get it where you are coming from

Ohno the car starts to vibrate, I should not intervene... The car was driving officer, not me
Tesla moment
tesla, ez hippie day ez prey. why would anybody buy them outside of supercharger network..
now that cheaper and li-po, smaller battery package EVs are out
arguably more reliable vehicles too
Power can be transported pretty far, water based batters can still work by using the pressure of ground water, and fuel cells loose to geothermal everywhere else for infrastructure, and when thats not an option fuel cells might eventually be viable, there pretty volume centric im just saying at the moment, there really expensive for use cases they would otherwise excell at
are you referring to hydrogen with fuel cells?
Unless your planning on burning hydrogen in a ice engine, fuel cells are what I am referring to, using hydregion.
hydrogen will likely not be a big thing for cars
the whole equipment of conversion and pressurized cans are not a good idea
weight and danger
it might be a thing for trucks though.
cars are moving towards better batteries that last longer and charge faster
frick electric and hybrid cars
they're great tbh
Gas for the win baby
gas is vibration and more issues lel
mine looks like this without the rims and mine is red
gas is more fun to modify
it has costed me more than 10k to look pristine
waste of cash
no
it shouldn't cost more than 10k.
mf
it's true
I bought it a junkyard
why would you buy a junkyard 98 BMW, lol
i mean you shelled over 10k into it
at that price you can get much better cars
runs a mild 250km/h
is ur built?
no but if i remove the limiter it will go higher
I can probably make mine go 270 or 280 with a decent tune
nice but like.. you can still get more modern cars that are fast
i mean 15k you can get a Q50 hybrid and that thing is a much better car
but modern cars are scary to modify
eh, some are not
I hate typing like this
stage 3 on ours gets towards 400 HP, and 400 HP on a torsen wheelbase is like.. way better than 600 on an old boat π
I got a broken finger on my right hand so I can only type with 5 fingers
because bandage
what does ur audi weigh?
Mine weighs 1100
but really it's about traction
weight reduction babyy
traction is for babies
it's got that torsen gen 4, the one that is a modified version of the AWD found in lancia rally cars
wheelspin
yeah tell that on corners..
plus I broke my finger working on my car
sounds bit.. eh
Drift which is when you slide sideways in a controlled way
and get pulled by police π
the police here cant go faster then like 220
plus I have a license plate flipper
you're worse than an average BMW user π
highly illegal btw
nah
I want it as a track car but I need a new daily and a trailer
yeah for track i can see the point
to not get checked by the speed cameras
thinking of swapping the engine to a 2JZ or a LS6
is that uh
both can hold insane amounts of horses
tbh 600 is way more than enough even for track
LS6 is chevrolet
oooh
LS9 is better, though way more expensive nowadays
the LS9 top is pretty built, got a supercharger. nice whine
lumina's use it down aus. 700 HP
I like turbo flutter
sometimes lag tho
for daily get a genesis or something, like G70 with the twin turbo
could prolly be had around 20k
still very snappy
I want a Ford F150 or dodge ram 3500
oh, trucks
something big
nissan titan XD
later
because he just really wants the police to mark his car π
flipped plates are easily the best way to get pulled over lmao
yeah tbh, lol
Get a ford
but what ford
If you want one comparable to a 3500 then probably an f250 or f350
How big are these boats
Get something useful
pickups are usefull
decently large
F150s are not βusefulβ aside from killing people
Big enough to use goosenecks?
yes
I am looking at a modified F150 atm
600 horses
has the coupling for gooseneck
I'd probably get an f250 or f350 because the f150 wasn't really designed with towing a gooseneck in mind
it's modified to tow a gooseneck
it costs 15 grand
that it's powerfull enough and has the power to tow
I'd be more worried about the suspension being sacked out
it aint
And the gooseneck hitch not having the same reinforcement as it would on a truck designed go carry one
I could be wrong
he showed a video of him towing a gooseneck
i think a goosneck would be ok as long as whatever youβre pulling isnβt too heavy
boat
also depends on what year you buy
a boat will pull fine w/ that
As long as you don't buy a ram
That too
and i regret buying my 2005 4.2l v6 f150 as it gets the same gas milage as the 4.6l v8
First "major" issue with our used bmw 225i xdrive the front right coil snapped radomaly Great thing it happend at home and not on the highway.
My moms send it trough the message app and she has an iPhone so every time he send a pricture to me it gets very blurry for some reason. But this was the first "major" issue in 140000km and like 7 years.

We had a spring snap on a previous car, but only like the lower part so there was still enough spring for it to be drivable. Did the spring cut in in half or something?
Nice colour btw
look at the towing capacity rather than making guesses, brake assisted, non-brake assisting, etc
boats will obviously vary in sizes and weight
the F150 will probably carry a 8 meters of fiberglass with a rather basic 100 pony yamaha
but if you're going towards a yatch / lobster or higher end speed boats like fountain.. get a bigger truck
or just lend one cause that's what some boat owners do when they can't carry bigger stuff
looks like a BMW owner car
indeed it does, kek
yeah the red would be instant gone
But the blacked out everything, AliExpress stickers, AliExpress infotainment system....
It's a recent import
you can find better stuff on aliexpress small brain
at least you won't get pulled over for riding a dork car
The base of the car looks quite solid, the interior also looks on the pictures at least to be in nice condition. It's just the mods which aren't really tasteful ...
dayummmmmm chillout man
also nice option heated and vented seats
you can get those on a 10k car nowadays.
Yeah noticed the ventilated seats, that's nice
there is a cls500 close to where i live perhaps word taking a look it is pretty boring spec tho
why do you need a CLS
depends where you live.
but you can find 10k cars with cooled seats
it's not that special.
looks bot
Yeah sure in 2000 Mercedes S-Class with 300k km on it
think ill try to see it this weekend
doesn't have to be that bad
audi gave those seats to some B8 chassis
actually useable rides
I like that spec more
Also in Echt
that looks off the shelf as heck
no difference from a CLS base model.
in terms of looks
i figured haha i would swap the rims and get rid of the chrome window posts tbh
they also have a cla45 i think
I actually like chrome on a car π
alcantra leather meh
i dont really like the chrome was the first thing i got rid of on the a6
I'm not seeing a CLA45
oh it was on their FB
CLA is not a great ride anyways
Only a CLA 200 Shooting Brake
C450 is also nice
shooting brake makes things more interesting tho
C-series are smaller wheel base so it should be more fitting
They have a Panamera also xD
ooof
looks like crap
Panamera grew on my over the years looks wise
also the center console is a lot of confusing buttons
taycan is better tbh
if you want one of those.. buy a guilietta
it's not actually half bad
the steering wheel on that platform isn't the best, but it's still an OK car
Ypsilon is waaaaay smaller than a Giulietta lol
same platform
You're thinking of the Delta
I'm going to pull the X doubt card on that one
c43 would be ideal but have to see how much i can get back for my car
It's definitely not the same platform
doesnt need to leave so not in a rush
they don't have the exact same wheelbase
Sorry π
but they use the same gear
Even MQB has different versions with different characteristics
those are kinda nice, i've been in the C220 flavor of it
wouldn't pay that cash though.
maybe if it was 20k
but then garbage condition
Dream on
so?
20k would have bought as many as i can
20k I'd also have 5 yes
your country's overpriced pricing does not equal to other lands`
c180 is like more then 20k
not really.
Yeah with 150k km
Or more probably
if you want some options more
G70
The whole spring the car technically was drivable but its not worth the risk. Because it was basically at ground level on right side. But a pretty weird thing to happened randomly we just put the car in reverse and the spring just snapped. But it have had less issue then our old Toyota verso so far.
what kek
Ah yes lemme import one with a 30k import tax
find alternatives
do one for me 2!
na you ride that CLS 63 with completely tinted windows
Kia Stinger 3.3 V6 is only 100k
So they stopped offering it
Ah yeah so that's a bit worse than we had π But with the road conditions and speed bumps everywhere it's no surprise
yes.
no question needed
a cop on a bad day will pull over a CLS 63 that is all black.
an idiot could figure that out.
your right next time ill buy a new car ill just ask the cops first if they think its okay xD
Mercedes B-Class with glued paddle shifters and a cut up centre console, that's what they drive
The speed bumps is terrible where I live it feels like the whole car will brake buy just driving over it at very low speed.
SO it's π
Hmmmm
somne guy that lives near to me has a recent GLA45
i swear he starts it and instant pedal to the bottom
every day
next month its dead
2013 merc moment
not uncommon
I mean atleast mercedes are paying for it when it happens but it should maybe probably be a recall
Who would've thought
disposable tosh
Fairly nice
would instant strip the amg badge off tho
Quite some miles for a gas guzzler like that π
2005 f150 moment
cant find the plate so idk if it is import
ah
J-762-TS
i would get the E over the CLS tho so perhaps i need to go to VEEN de gekste
So yes import
sent each of them into bankruptcy
i think if they drive at as buisness car it also shows up
