Most of those are usually just something that you plug into the OBD2 port.

that's not used with the OBD2, the OBD port is used for diagnose tools, that looks like chip tuning

which means you'll have to go pull the other plug inside the engine while there is no power on

and then put it there, and those things also hurt your turbo

it's not something i'd recommend
