So my Silvie is being weird when I punch the gas it hesitates and then it grabs and goes a freind said could be the torque converter I also read it could be the ecu because these engines can have that issue through the ecu also coil packs I am buying all new plugs and changing oil/brake fluid/oil filter/ power steering fluid/and 8 new spark plugs

yea ^ i personaly would start at like 2k minimum although my freind just got a 99 Malibu with 215k miles for like 950 drives great not much wrong just some kids painted the plastics blue and purple along with painting their names in the small corner windows other then that shews pretty nice really depends on the timing and luck if you get a decent car at that cheap i have seen plenty at 2k in my area
