and believe me there are TONS of shitty unreliable fourbangers too lol

my honda has been by FAR the worst car i’ve ever owned as it gets 22mpg with a 2.0l engine, it’s currently getting valves and a new head, I did a timing belt and water pump, and a starter, a cv axle, and i have to keep copious amts of oil with me because it burns oil

Why do they do partnerships for these cars? So they can exist at all. The 86 works great with the boxer, and is relatively affordable. Turbos are expensive. There's a reason the grolla isn't cheap
They partnered with BMW for the supra because they're not going to develop an inline 6 for one car. And they're not going to use it in others because it doesn't make sense, and they didn't want to pull a Nissan and make a supra with a v6

The only reason the G16E (and thus the GRY and GRolla exist) is because of motorsport

the new camry can make a lot of power with some boost n it wont be really that expensive

im js being dramatic

but if u are not going to use the i3 on anything else

or use it to build up on smth else

its js an overengineered small displacement engine put in 25k $ cars

and for the camry im serious

the current engine can use a turbo system

instead of making 220 hp

it can make 340 or even above it with the hybrid max engine

im not saying they should go all out

make a v8

n put it on a camry

but use more powerfull engines they already got in it

like for a new camry gr or trd

like from 300 to 220 hp its js a downgrade

for people like me i want the new camries exterior, interior n technologies with the old power or even more
