ive had alot of diesels with headgasket issues, quite often there is no symptoms at all.

Just cooling system pressure gets increased a little too much when properly on boost and sprays out of overflow

could drive it another 20 thousand miles no bother though

I always vacuum fill diesel cooling systems, tool wasnt too expensive but needs a decent air compressor.

just use a block tester on it and find out if the head gasket is gone, has always identified it on diesels for me.

Well in tarmac spec (like the Puma in the above example was) they still only have a few inches of travel. True, compared to the other tarmac race cars it's high, but it's still pretty minimal compared to most other street-legal performance cars.

In any case, suspension design is more about managing weight transfer than it is outright stiffness. While yes, stiffer is generally better, the grip advantage you can get from having a setup that controls the car's mass better is way more than the advantage you can get from having stiffer suspension than another design that's softer but controls weight transfer in an equally effective way

im not a fan of that orange. it was nice when the cars were new but it didn't hold up as well to the elemnts as other colors so almost every orange cobalt is severely faded

Separately, one Cybertruck owner recently alleged that his car crashed into a neighbor's house despite him holding down the brake pedal. The driver claimed that Tesla told him, "We have reviewed logs and due to the terrain the accelerator may or may not disengage when the brake is depressed."

Do I need to go into my EV and see if it is this stupid? :V

And let's be honest tho, even if it didn't disengage the motors, the brakes should be more than powerful enough to overcome them stop the truck. The fact that they can't means that this thing is even more poorly engineered than it looks

i bullied tesla for months about this when the plaid launched

they were advertising a top speed that wasnt even possible to do without a big brake setup that didnt exist yet

those brakes also are like a 25k upgrade
