2020 Ford Escape SE AWD 1.5L

I am trying to fix a knock sensor issue that I am having with my Ford Escape. It has 87k miles and is the 1.5L eco boost engine, and I am getting code P0327-00, for which I already replaced the knock sensor and cleared codes only for it to came back. Does anyone have any ideas about what might be causing this, or how I can fix it? I'm trying to avoid paying for a diagnostic from the dealer if I can help it. I’m also getting codes U0100-00, U3000-47, and the aforementioned P0327-00.

Sounds like it was changed wrong then. What I would recommend doing is take off the overflow cap and run the engine so it can't build pressure, and as the coolant drops in the tank you keep filling it up until it stops emptying and you're at the top mark. Then shut it off and let it cool and see if it stays there. It sounds like they didn't fill it right and it's full of air. Usually you use a special funnel and fill it through the radiator, but just try the overflow tank for now

Usually with the funnel it takes like 15 minutes of filling, but you are trying to do it through the overflow tank so it may take longer

Unless you see it leaking onto the ground or a giant cloud of smoke, then it's just filling up the radiator

imma do a take here: auto manufacturers should stop production of EVs, until we can fully figure out how we can actually make them both affordable, reliable, and sustainable. A lot of people who own EVs have had to get the batteries replaced at some point, since lithium ages terribly, and its about the price of a used car to get them replaced, which in this economy, or at all, is not fun/practical. I know here in north America, walkable cities are just not a possibility, unless we turn mass amounts of residential and countryside into commercial areas, and no one wants that, but EVs are just not ready for the bigger market, and imho nothing beats the power of combustion.

And for cars altogether, not just EVs, we really need to return to easy to repair, I own a 99 Jeep Cherokee, it's 4.0 is one of the easiest engines to work on, on top of being basically unkillable. We don't a hyper sensor that monitors the temperature of the damn back right seat that the car can't start without or dual climate controllers that dont work (LOOKING AT YOU GM)

But like, if an EV works with minor issues. Then after only a few years, they become a better deal for the environment compared to the continuous pollution of ICE.
