Anybody in here know a thing or two about boost pipes, planning on going big turbo on my TDI but I’m at a roadblock, the outlet on the compressor is 55mm, and the kit for bigger intercooler piping is 57, for reasons I can’t use their 90° pipe that would normally fit the turbo I’m going with I have to use a 45°, but the only one they sell is a 57-51mm. Think I could stretch the 51mm over the 55 or is that not gonna go well

Alternatively I could get a 57mm 45° and clamp the 57mm onto the 55 but idk how well it’s gonna clamp

silicone hoses generally dont like to be stretched but you could probably get away with it

had a similar issue before, needed car on the road so reinforced the inside of the hose with metal and literally put a hose ontop of another heh not ideal but

1. Only replace the rears with the same as in the front, which I don't really like
2. Replace the rears with different ones which I do like and have a mixed front/rear set (although it's recommended to have the same front and rear)

So in reality, the real difference per month is like €40-50 more for the Astra vs the Corsa

The M550d in that picture above I believe has a 3 turbo setup. Where as the G30 M550d gets a quad turbo.

N57S is the engine code for the F10 M550d

Because all manufacturers have moved away from those naming conventions.

Remember when a Mercedes C63 meant that you had a nice V8 with 6.2 liters of displacement? Nah, not anymore.
At first it got moved down in displacement from 6.2 down to 4 liters.
And now it's even worse. The current C63S has a 2 liter, 4 cylinder.
