I ground down the hole and hit it with some rust killer along with the other doors the frame is probably toast, its going but slowly, and here's the rusty machine getting hauled to the child labor camp AKA (The Tech Center) AKA (free child labor car service) to have my brother replace the water pump that finally gave up the ghost. Turns out once you hit 200,000 miles everything on your serpentine belt goes out at once. I had to replace and alternator, water pump, power-steering pump, and AC compressor all around the same time.

the 3.0 internals are solid it’s just certain bits on the outside that can cause problems commonly

like the pcv valve or sometimes timing chain guides

S chassis mustangs brz civics vq cars and other cars like that . All need to be disassembled most of of the way to iron out every single issue with the car by the 4th owner

it fits between the cylinder banks

Turbochargers themselves aren't large but you need to account for all of the additional space they occupy

the other thing to keep in mind is that superchargers don't suffer from lag like turbos

they're better for launch control and whatnot

or technically they do

but it is very minor since it's not powered by exhaust gas

Superchargers are a novelty imo

they sound cool when they're large ones on V8s

The Merc-Mclaren SLR has one of the best sounding V8s ever built and it's supercharged

But they are also expensive for a good setup on most engines I am familiar with
