previous owner lent it to a friend and that friend put diesel in it, they cleaned it all out, but the damage had been done. so it sat for almost 6 years then I bought it

I pulled the engine out, tore it down and then found some marks on the cylinder walls
Instead of just getting the block machined and rebuilting it, I decided to swap it for a newer version of the engine, and change from an auto to a manual transmission, and wire it up to a haltech ecu

financially worth it? lol no, I don't even have the money yet

my other celica is essentially just the body of a 20th anniversary edition that I found in a field and paid $300nzd for
