Ok so if you have a "set tire pressure sensor"... Usually that's with an ABS system. No actual sensors in the tire. The intended use of that is to reset it every time you fill it up. Then, it uses that as a baseline. When it then gets too low, it'll notify you

It's a very basic system based on the amount of rotations your tire makes
