So, you target it for efficient cruising with whatever gear you're using (usually 5th or 6th).

CPO is a BMW USA thing - a lot of shit dealers will list a car as CPO but not have run it thru the CPO program. Then just before the sale is made they say OK we just need to run it thru the program, it needs $5k worth of shit, and then get you to come up on the price.

I can name dealers who tried me on this, they are not where I buy cars
