LOL it wasn't clean when i got it. i had to give it a good clean but yeah its in great shape

#

no rust anywhere either

wraith rivet
#

nice nice

torn walrus
wet summit
#

my dak has 3 spots on the inside that arent great

torn walrus
#

no tears anywhere, though a couple pieces of trim are cracked so will have to find replacements. also had to find a tailgate which were currently working on

wet summit
#

burn hole on the seat because the heated seat failed, my jack ripped the cloth on the back of that seat about an inch long and a carpet stain in the back

torn walrus
#

oof

wet summit
#

i have to get a new hood and bumper

#

i wrecket it at 16

torn walrus
#

at some point with the old owner some glue or something leaked in the pass side cup holder... can't get it all out but thats all for the interior really

#

i had to replace the bumper on the dak, and the drivers side front fender. edge at the door was pushed in when i got it and it drove me nuts

#

the front bumper on the ram was tweaked when i got it too, hence the shiny new chrome bumper on it

wet summit
#

i iwsh people understood how much the cosmetic things frustrate me

#

my hood is fucking silver bro

torn walrus
#

oh yeah

#

my dak driver side fender is grey lol

#

drives me nuts

wet summit
#

my bumber hangs at like 13 degrees

torn walrus
#

but better than it used to be

#

ram with the old bumper

#

and back seats... kids love them lol

wet summit
#

i hate them and like them

torn walrus
#

not much room, but fine for kids lol

wet summit
#

certified mid back seats

torn walrus
#

plus they fold away

wet summit
#

oh?

torn walrus
#

they fold up

wet summit
#

thats actually amazing

torn walrus
#

lol

wet summit
#

id tuck some good speakers back there

torn walrus
#

makes it easy to fit tools and whatnot in the back

#

meh, i already replaced them all with kickers

wet summit
#

i dont use my back seats so its for my tools

torn walrus
#

and i still need to be able to take my kids lol

#

fair

wet summit
#

i have a low profile 10 inch sub that fits ondder my seats

#

4 kickers speakers and custom tweeters

#

skar

torn walrus
#

ive debated on a small 8 inch under one of the front seats but i probably won't bother. have other things that need money lol

torn walrus
#

yeah, we get snow up here lol

wet summit
#

it takes a good 4 minutes to set this up

torn walrus
#

ive resorted to just moving my shifter over and leaving my pedals so i just have to put the wheel itself on

#

just plug it in, tighten it down and go

wet summit
#

i want to switch to one 48 inch 4k to replace my 3 monitors for racing games

#

have it sorta close

#

maybe curved

torn walrus
#

thatd be nice for sure

wet summit
#

if you shift without the clutch in forza it grinds

i just found that out

wet summit
#

i rip the hell out of the 2008 viper

torn walrus
#

2016 acr for me, kept the v10 but awd conversion and turbos lol

#

also have a '99 acr done out too

wet summit
#

the 1999 is awesome

#

too much power for the tires

torn walrus
#

thats why the awd conversion lmao

wet summit
#

i prefer how the rwd drives

torn walrus
#

its fun for sure... until the rear comes around on you in the middle of a race lol

wet summit
#

i can drift really well in my truck but not on the game

#

so when i lose it i lose it

torn walrus
#

oh me to

#

drifting well in game def takes a lot of practice but i prefer sprint or circuit style races to drifting

#

i can kinda do it in game but i wouldn't say im good at it lol

wet summit
#

i'm a goat controller drifter

#

absolutely insane

#

but on the wheel i'm the worst

#

but racing i'm alright

torn walrus
#

maybe thats my issue lol i cant turn the wheel fast enough half the time

#

havent tried with a controller... only the wheel

#

racing im fine with the wheel though lol

wet summit
#

yeah i don't know it's just the physics are weird for me

torn walrus
#

95 percent of the time im interior 1st person view with the wheel

wet summit
torn walrus

anyway, i'm off to bed

#

have a good night!

Yeah Forza horzion 5 is good on controller but mah on a wheel but I still use my wheel for it anyways it alright with if you take the your time to tweek the settings to your likings.

brittle totem

Well I mostly play the F1 games and then I really like the stiff feeling of the break but in Forza I don't like because it feels like it looks the breaks instantly. So I don't know if its worth to remove the rubber or not.

Idk what Ford is doing with their naming... Besides the American "regular" Explorer, there will also come an Explorer EV... Which is the size of a Focus

Most cars made in the last 20 years are decent enough in terms of reliability, as long as you keep up some kind of maintenance.

bitter compass

Most things are reliable if you "maintain" them to their chosen requirements

just some cars have much higher chosen requirements

bitter compass

I don't think I'll ever find a car that reliable as that boxy boy

why did they have to butcher the rear end like this

stoic ledge
#

To keep the shape of the sedan PogChomp

#

And those taillights slightly fit in with the 206

#

It's probably as the 306 Break wasn't initially designed but added later from the Phase 2

#

So original 306 design combined with slightly later stuff

#

Also great, the rear speakers are in the boot lid, so if you have the boot filled with stuff it's useless

And the parcel shelf reduces the sound

Had the car almost 7 years, only found it out today

elfin stone

Is that for the flexfix bicycle carrier variant?

Because that one doesnโ€™t have a place for the spare wheel

stoic ledge

Any Corsa (and atleast Meriva B also) without a spare tire

#

Maybe there are others too, idk

#

My Corsa (with LPG, so no spare), has it

My parents Meriva also (no spare, no FlexFix, nothing)

Apparently

stoic ledge
#

Heavy Duty Chassis is probably also just a bad translation from something

misty mantle
stoic ledge
#

Yeah no sunroof on mine

stoic ledge
#

F44

elfin stone
#

The term โ€žHeavy Dutyโ€œ doesnโ€™t appear in the Corsa EPC

stoic ledge
#

I've been wondering that basically since the day I got it

elfin stone
#

Fun fact: Th Astra also has a bad road option. Comes with Fuel line protection as well in that case

stoic ledge
#

Also it's a Color Edition, those came standard which sport suspension. And 17". But due to Dutch tax laws and emissions, Dutch Color Edition's came with 16", Sport suspension was only available with 17"

#

So I'm not sure if Heavy Duty is a result of the LPG or the Dutch specific Color Edition

elfin stone
#

Thatโ€™s probably Opels way to get lowered Corsas into the Netherlands

#

Without disrupting their assembly lines

stoic ledge
#

Hmmm possibly

#

Actually, I have another plate of a Dutch Color Edition, but the in-between model... I can check the VIN on that

#

It's a petrol, no LPG

elfin stone
#

Iirc, the Bad Road variant was for the Eastern markets

#

Should be standard for Belgian cars though

stoic ledge
#

Yeah doesn't seem likely for NL as roads are good

#

Also with bad road, I suspect s higher suspension setup?

stoic ledge
elfin stone
#

I doubt it

stoic ledge
#

Hmmm my friends Color Edition doesn't have it

elfin stone
#

Hmm

#

Weโ€™ll probably never know for sure

stoic ledge
#

One small difference tho, his decode says QYY = TYRES,195/55R16-87H, mine says QMA = TYRES,205/55 ZR 16

#

Although my fuel filler says 195/...

#

And so does the manual I think, no mention of 205/55R16

#

Although Color Edition came 1 size wider for the 17s than any other trim, 215 vs 205

stoic ledge
elfin stone
#

Though I still wonder what in the world crossed the mind of my cars first owner when he decided to order an edition Astra with the Sunroof option

#

That car was as basic as it gets, and then it has this enormous sunroof

stoic ledge
#

Very odd, maybe an older couple who always had a sunroof and that was a request of them?

#

Sunroof used to common back in the day

elfin stone
