Three rows in a pickup!

#

This thing is dope

#

I like this more than the Silverado EV. It gets the mid-gate but it looks like it's going to be much more flexible (if it keeps the feature, you'll be able to do pass through all the way through the bed, through the cab and into the frunk. You could carry like 18ft long planks with the tail gate up lmao)

#

I mean just, look at it

#

the fact you "can get one for $60,000" (never been true but whatever) really de-legitimizes a lot of the "halo" surrounding supercars. Like, if GM, the world's most boring car company that also makes this and also this can do that? Idk, why can't ferrari, and mclaren, and everyone else charging $600,000 not do better?

fathom socket
#

Got that big ass front end and awful visibility for what, clout?

fathom socket

Because trucks are work vehicles and the reduced visibility they have is trash

eager grove
#

Like they cost $40,000

#

why can't they be nicer inside and out?

fathom socket
#

Tiny ass windshields and massive front ends, you can’t see anything

eager grove
#

I'm from the UK, you'll see no complaints from me on crapping on the pedestrian squashing nature of american trucks

#

but like, what's the point in a basic work vehicle that isn't even cheap?

fathom socket
#

Ah yea I’m from texas

#

I have no idea, but frankly I’m seeing more and more ford maverick work trucks

eager grove
#

See at least those make sense

#

they are cheap. The inside is basic, but well styled

#

and the front end is like normal

#

And if you have like a pool maintenance or lawn mowing business where you need a bed but you aren't towing or hauling much actual weight, you've got a vehicle you can use as a home and work vehicle that you can buy for less than $25,000

spiral crescent

fathom socket
#

The F150 in the 00s had a V8 in it

fathom socket
#

The only reason trucks are as big as they are is because people’s egos keep getting bigger

spiral crescent
#

trucks are about as big as cars were in the 70s now

fathom socket
#

That’s not a good rebuttal

spiral crescent
#

But I mean, they're trucks

#

they have beds and can do things

#

if people actually bought them to do those things, I wouldn't really see the problem. It's not like they're too big for our roads, they... fit cars on them 50 years ago lol

fathom socket
#

So can trucks from the 90s

spiral crescent
#

to be fair, you weren't pulling a big ole boat with a truck from the 90s unless it was a triton

If people actually used trucks for what they’re supposed to be used for, they’d want the better visibility

PHEV is honestly a good compromise for many people.

If you have just 30-50 km's. That can really help to decrease your fuel bills, and to increase your fuel economy.

Here in Europe we have two different versions of the licenses one for automatic only and one for manual and automatic. So you need to your drivers test in a manual car to get a full licenses. If you do it in automatics you are only allowed to drive automatic cars.

I would like to know if you are allowed to drive the cc850 with an automatic licenses in manual mode. And something I'm wondering why doesn't it have paddle shifters to that would have been a such a nice thing to have specially when driving on track when paddle shifters are superior.
