I drive a semi-truck in the US and in order to be allowed to pull just one trailer and the total vehicle weight is 26,001 lbs you have to get a CDL (commercial drivers license) and also get a combination endorsement because of the trailer.
Including an airbrakes endorsement if it uses airbrakes (not the engine/Jake brake)

For doubles and triples you're required to have another endorsement for those.

Tankers endorsement is actually 2 pages at most in the DMV book and it just talks about how a liquid doesn't like to change velocity and it can also expand.

If you don't brake correctly the liquid in the tanker can actually push you into the middle of an intersection XD.

Even then. The S40 didn't have the best reputation for being reliable.

Quite a few of them blew up turbos.

The Renault diesels and mitsubishi gdi engine suck

My other one had to get a turbo replaced cause an oil line clogged

I change the oil in the black one every 3k so the vvt and turbo don't have trouble

I like cars that have a little aftermarket but it takes hunting to do a lot of stuff too

So this car is perfect

I guess one problem the S40 have here is just that they aren't worth to maintain anymore than you have to.
