Well okay it was "automatic" but single zone, and not really that automatic. There are temperature settings but they basically work as a manual setup

These are the single zone "automatic" controls... they auto button basically only controls the fan speed, not the heat itself. It has temperature written on the right dial but it basically operaties as cold-warm

Just like base model BMW's only came with a limiter, not cruise control

And then you get weird specs like this, with the large screen but no dual zone climate, no cruise control but with heated seats

Digital dash is my favorite feuture on modern cars. Like its so nice to have all of the information that you need in front of you. Instead of going trough a infotamient system to find information like navigation and stuff like that. But I dont need it if I hade the money for a new 3 series i would probely go for a very well speced f30 lci instead.

It depends on how you drive it as long as you don't drive the car "hard" in any way nearly all automatic gearboxes are fine. Maybe not the DCT in the kia stonic but the rest should be fine.

The DSG in the modern VW cars are very good and smooth noting to complain about. As long as you drive the car the way it was meant to be driven in. But the DSG can handle a lot of power to like the DSG in Golf GTI at the company my brother works at. Is tuned to 500hp and 600nm and the DSG can handle it with no problems even on track.

Generally I'm not a fan of DSG's as the can be jerky when setting off, as well as jerky while manoeuvring, and their behaviour can be nervous. Personally, I prefer a torque converter

And a modded '15 Golf SW TDI

All with DSGs

Fantastic transmission. It's engaging and fun if you throw it in manual mode

But idk what is in the 2.0 TDI 4Motion, most stuff here have the 1.0 TSI + 7spd DSG which is horrendous as it's the dry clutch, and the 1.5 TSI DSG is a bit better but not brilliant. But the 4Motion TDI could be a different model
