I don’t have much experience when it comes to this stuff even though I know the theory

first take off the cpu cooler then remove the latch that releases the cpu

then take the rest of the stuff off the motherboard

then put it all onto the new motherboard

then remove the thermal paste from the previous cooler (unless you got a new one) and install your new cpu

id recommend using fresh thermal paste on anything you move, so like if you swap a cooler for a new cooler, remove the thermal past from the cpu
