in your bios, find NGU ratio, and change it to 32
then proceed to find D2D ratio and change it also to 32
that is an intel spec called "200S Boost" but 200S boost also requires a compatible ram kit, so you can just apply the settings it does, it will work on basically every chip
if you feel frisky and have good ram like 7600+ or something like i do (or know its hynix branded, then any will work)

• Stock Ryzen 5 7500F: usually around 13,800–14,300 in Cinebench R23 multi.
• Well-tuned / PBO + good cooling: about 14,500+.
• Extreme OC submissions: some people have reached ~15,600–15,700 points.
So yes — with heavy overclocking, people have pushed the 7500F close to 15.7K, but for daily setups, anything over 14.3K is already very good.

That’s a solid score for completely stock, especially with a Wraith Prism in an SFF case. 13,680 is right in the expected range.
With 6400 CL32 at 1:1 you already have a good memory setup, so with PBO, curve optimizer and maybe a better cooler, you should be able to push into the 14K+ range pretty easily. Curious to see what tuning gets you 👍
