Ever since I switched to a 1440p monitor, YouTube videos always start at a low resolution instead of auto-selecting 1440p/1080p, and Chrome sometimes feels laggy or stuttery.

This never happened on my 1080p monitor. Internet speed is fine, GPU drivers are up to date, and hardware acceleration is enabled.

Has anyone else experienced this after moving to 1440p? Any ideas on what could be causing it or how to fix it?

Hey guys, so my RTX 5090 melted a few weeks back. And I believe it was partly due to having a PSU that didn't have a native 16pin cable, and using MSI's shitty adapter.

So I was going to get a new PSU for the replacement GPU MSI just sent me.

But I was thinking of getting one with a NTC sensor for extra protection. What models currently have this technology? Only one I know of right now is the AsRock Phantom Gaming PG-1300G.
