wired mice nowadays are made to be cheap and hardley compete with modern 1k, 2k, 4k, 8k polling rate mice. im sure there are a few exceptions but wireless mice have been great for quite a few years now.

there are many knockoffs that still reach 1k-2k hz polling rate for under 50 bucks as well, they typically copy the GPX superlight shape.

also most esports players prefer like 2k hz max because of the drain on battery life.

i have been loving my Pulsar X2 crazylight, build quality is quite good and its nearly half the weight of my last mouse
