It depends on what you're doing and how much you want to leverage upscaling techniques. For futureproofing I'd certainly push you towards a 16 GB card rather than an 8 GB one.

The B580 and that AMD one are both solid choices, I just see the B580 being the value king quite often in benchmarks.

"most" is a stretch... especially since the USA is not the only place on the planet... a dishwasher in the uk, or anywhere in europe, plugs into the wall, like any other device. 230v, 13amp. and most circuits in a house will be rated at minimum, 60 amp. household supplies are a minimum of 100amp. if you have an EV charger, your utility company will change you over to a modern 200amp supply, or, you are already in a newer house built since the new rules, you already have a 200 amp supply. There's a temperature sensor. It will extend the run to reach the temperature set point. Do you have some 1970s dishwasher?

what it means is, the heater its self can reach that temp, so technically, it could heat water, if the water was not moving... to 155... but depending on the speed of the moving water, you will need progressively higher and higher temps at the heater, to heat the water to the correct temp

if they repump the water through the heater several times first, then the temp can come down at the heater, since it has multiple passes it can do, but most dishwashers dont do that. only the ultra efficient ones

Hey guys, I need a quick opinion before I do something stupid 😅
I have a new motherboard (Gigabyte Aorus X870 Elite WiFi7) and I noticed that one pin in the LGA1700 socket looks slightly bent.
I tried seating the CPU (Intel chip) about 2–3 times because I wasn’t sure if I was aligning it correctly.
Now that one pin looks a bit off, but it’s not touching any others and everything else seems fine.

I’m scared to install the CPU because I don’t want to short anything or damage the board.

Do you think it’s safe to mount the CPU and test it, or should I take it to a repair shop to have them check the socket alignment?

once they do the deorbit burn theres no more use for the fuel so they dump it because otherwise theyre essentailly dropping a pressurized pipebomb from orbit

I'm just a student but a new server in school has got 256GB as far as we know, but when my teacher logs on via RDP it says max installed physical memory is 80GB. Is it possible for the admin teacher to somehow allocate the remaining RAM (256-80) to something other?

I am not too familiar with Windows Server architecture, but this seems kind of weird definitely.
