So here's some fun news. The BIOS version the Laptop has appears to be newer than what's available on the website. When I search for information about 1.23.0, I've seen reports of it being problematic, and thus I cannot downgrade back to a lower revision. Dell however, in a move surprising to absolutely no one, says "Oh go through our support agent online chat thing" to get the new version, 1.26.1 since we're not releasing it publicly. I purchased the Chamelo Aura glasses in April after seeing Linus represent them on The Tonight Show, and still have not received them. The Chamelo team hasn't responded to emails since September 8th and I have not received any contact back from LMG either.

However, if they are not a sponsor, I'd imagine there's not much LMG can do. Unfortunately, some companies are just ... terrible at being a company. That said, in general, it's best to not make purchasing decisions based on a single person / group / entity / thing making a presentation, or heck, even just using the product. It sucks, but at the end of the day, the best way to make purchasing decisions is through lots of [often time consuming] research, but even then... that doesn't guarantee a company will deliver. It seems others are experiencing delays in receiving theirs too.
