Hot hot take: some people can only afford (or only want / have room for) one device in their life (aside from their phone), and app optimization is not a reflection of the hardware or vice versa.

To be clear, I'm not for or against touchscreen laptops; at the end of the day buy what works for your needs.

My current laptop is a Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1. Would I buy another 2-in-1 laptop? Sure - I have found myself watching videos in Tent or Tablet mode whilst on vacation. However, I'd get the 14" model instead of the heavier 16" model next time, and I'd finally forgo the possibility of games by getting a model without dedicated graphics.

AMD says "this cpu will absolutely hit at least these speeds", but a lot of them will do significantly better than that (designed that way, to ensure good margins)... PBO allows you to turn off those factory restrictions that restrict the cpu to the box speed
