This is dependent on the make and model of every phone. Or rather, the ROM / OS running on each phone. Many phones don't allow installing apps to USB / SD card storage because it's far slower than UFS, among other reasons.

9800X3D is a single 8-core complex. A 9900X3D has two 6-core complexes. Crossing the boundary between the complexes incurs a latency (i.e. performance) penalty. The X3D cache is also physically on a single complex, so if the other complex accesses it that would also incur a penalty.

In the context of gaming, it's also just quite rare to use more than 8 cores/16 threads as that matches the current gen consoles. Only particular workloads scale across cores very neatly, like compiling and cpu rendering

Hey Linus, team and discord I have a question for some reason when I took my pc to the tech store all I wanted was a 2x 16gb ddr4 rams should sticks, dust out (clean), updated driver and thermal paste so they did all that I grabbed it from them and I plugged my pc in today and the pc went into recovery mode so I fixed that and then I restarted my pc for a update and now my pc turns on doesn’t boot tho and just sits there going as fast as it can with the fans. How do I fix that if anyone has any idea or knows. ( I have a 1660ti, ryzon 7, motherboard I have know idea and 2x 16gb ddr4) it’s a prebuilt btw and it never did this before.
