Assuming Disk0 is where you're trying to install Windows and it doesn't contain any important data, delete Disk 0 Partition 1, 2, 3, click on the Unallocated space, and then click Next. Windows will configure the partitions as it requires. And as others have noted, it's best to unplug all other storage drives when installing to avoid .... undesired affects. (You don't have to, but sometimes Windows does stupid things with other disks during install.)

if you want my personal take, i use an arctic cooler i35 and it works great, but from what i can normally tell, both AIO's and air coolers are pretty good, air coolers being a little better typically. which makes my answer this: air cooler, or an AIO if you need easier access to the locking mechanism on the PCIe port holding your GPU... or if you want a screen or otherwise cool RGB lol

And a rentable video wall wouldn’t have 128x 4K displays worth of sheer resolution

The seams are a non concern for the actual use case of the wall, it’s just the big pictures and videos look cool
