good air cooler and good AIO perform about the same.. the difference is that the AIO absorbs peak loads because of the water.. and disipates it over time... meaning there are no fan surges, making it quieter

Yeah with my air cooler the inside of my case was cooking hot to the point where it was affecting my GPU performance it's a lot cooler with the aio cause the heat has a more direct path out, at least that's what I think happened
