no, you dont, because public roads, you need to be 17... you can apply for your provisional at 15 years and 9 months. but you are not allowed to drive on public roads until 17... you CAN drive on private land at ANY age though, there is no restriction at all on private l and, other than having the permission of the land owner

One of my buddies managed to get into Chapman's Film Program....they were making him spend 4 years there retaking every single damn film class again. He fought that with the administration enough with the syllabuses from our community college, they backed down and accepted every single class transferred over so he only needs to spend 1.5 years there.
