If you plan to use Windows 11 on your computer, yes. Buy a normal Retail license one time and it's good for multiple computer builds. (You can move Retail licenses between systems when it's time to upgrade your hardware.)

As long as it's at a gen 3 or nvme m.2 typically yes but most of the time for PC VR gaming you're really going to want to put your money into your graphics card in and your CPU storage is fine you can probably go with something cheaper not going to lie

also, crucial p3 plus is a qlc drive, which degrades faster than tlc drives. for mass storage, it's fine, but if you're going to install an operating system like windows on it, a tlc drive would be better. try to see if an mp44l, sn580, cras 910, xg7000, or even a mp33 is around the same price

i wrote a program that calculates the ackermann function and the only limitation for me right now is ram i can calculate ackermann 4, 2 in 20 micro seconds which is INSANE expecially if you know what the ackermann function is, but ackermann 4, 3's answer is more than there are atoms in the entire universe and it's an iterative function so its like i don't have enough ram

afaik it's just KVM that can do passthrough on a linux host. I think there are other VMMs that can do paravirtualized graphics, but not passthrough. I haven't checked recently and I could just be wrong though. KVM is used through qemu, which most folks use through a libvirt GUI such as virt-manager.

Well, not really. Not for a phone anyway. There is ReadyBoost for Windows. It uses a USB drive as cache for commonly used things instead of the hard drive. Was actually helpful back many moons ago.
