At this point, you're probably stuck restarting the PC. You could try windows key + L to lock the PC then relogin, sometimes that forces the program out of focus.

I have the 'always on top' option selected in task manager specifically for this sort of thing. It is common enough. That should allow you to Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open task manager and it will display over the stuck app.

Well, to be even more honest, everyone in my company has minimal choice in CAD software. Its driven by customers. Most can handle SW/step files. Some only have autodesk. We design in whatever software our customers require.
