As you guessed under/overclocking would allow you to tweak it down/up from those. That does require the TV's clocking to use a dedicated clock for that so that changing it doesn't break something else and obviously it needs to be something that can be changed at all. It is cheaper to have fixed clocking so you can't really assume that's possible.

I actually have a problem I need solved I have a gaming PC and an M4 Mac I want to find a KVM that will work for my dual displays one is 1080P and the other is 2K I'm thinking that the solution it's probably to just go ahead and buy an odyssey G9 because the KVM solutions for this that work are expensive anyway
