its my fault because im "creating the issues".. rather than it being their fault for collapsing the pipeline that allowed us to have definite requirements, and then to take care in our work, and then have somebody who verifies the work against the requirements.. and if something IS missed... actual front line support people to guide customers around the issue before it becomes a critical issue for them.. but no... them collapsing all of that to save some money, is gonna end up costing them so much more money, and institutional knowledge... they have not just shot themselves in the foot.. they have unloaded an uzi into both feet
