listen I need help,

I recently purchased a BRAND NEW Rtx 3060 12GB and I put it in my PC after uninstalling my previous drivers with DDU (my previous gpu was a rtx 2060 super) okay so anyways I put the new gpu in and no display I wait 10 mins no display I then wait an hour and no display so I try it in my brothers pc and would you guess it? came on straight away so I thought okay it’s my pc I try a gtx 1070ti in my pc and boom it comes on straight away and I try reset cmos and everything and NOTHING I don’t get it at all everything is seated tightly and fine but no display at all both hdmi and display port.

b450 mhp motherboard
32gb ddr4 3200mhz ram

fair enough, but it sounds like you've run into a wall, and you gotta know when to give up or get ready to put in more work and troubleshoot in a systematic way

nobody here's got any answers for you either, seems like

my main suggestion is just sequentially replacing one part in the PC at a time until you see what makes it work

first try a new PSU
then try a new motherboard
then try a new CPU
then try a clean install of windows (you could even do this first since it's free but I doubt it's the issue)
then maybe try new RAM (but at this point we're grasping for straws)

I don't think you're gonna get an answer you want here. The fact that it worked in your brother's PC and not yours means something is wrong with the rest of your PC and you gotta figure out what, but you've already exhausted the options that are "easy"

Actually this reminds me of the issue with recent 50 series cards. Maybe you could go into your mother board's bios and check the PCIE setting.
