I took precalc and had problems similar to this. Since the greatest powers are the same, it is the ratio of the coefficients of the x^2 terms. Meaning that the function converges to 1. If the numerator had the higher power it would go to infinity and if the denominator had the higher power, it would go to zero

So here in China and at home in Ireland retail stores offer free international shipping via deals with home based shipping companies and usually you can see the guy in the back inputting the data (name, address, etc.) manually on a laptop into the shippers site.
