Please don’t knock my GPU and no this isn’t a troll post. I think this is a real thing with the 5090’s and I don’t know what to do at this point. Bought my 5090 FE from best buy for less than retail with my best buy card promo so the fear of loosing this 5090 is pretty big considering I spent half of my saving on this thing. I slapped this bad boy in a brand new (2 month old build) and replaced my 3090 ftw3 ultra. I updated all of my drivers before slapping in the new GPU and it worked amazing! After playing on it for a night I went ahead and shut it down and let it simmer a whole 24 hours (family activites). Two days later I come back and power it on and poof….pc goes to either bios or a black screen with my spinning wheel cursor that never goes away. What do I do?!?! Please tell me I’m not going to loose this card.

If the monitor is actually a TV, you might be experiencing "Overscan", though that's just a guess. We would need to know the exact make and model of "monitor" and perhaps a photo.

id honestly consider reverting to the older bios if thats what used to work to verify that its not a config issue
