WTHR would be your local NBC affiliate probably

and you'd only see it in the channels if you have the Premium Plus (or whatever the higher tier is) on Peacock, otherwise I don't think you can watch live NBC except for certain programs like sporting events

if you're in the US it'll be on whatever your local NBC affiliate is, if you're in Canada it'll be on CTV2 at the same time
