it SHOULD be, the metal will be hollow with channels to basically reduce laminar flow(a current with layers of different temperatures that insulate each other) and protrusions to increase turbulence in some areas(some is good, a lot is bad, but none is also bad, and its a very fine line between the some and too much) and surface area, for the parts that are supposed to pull heat away
