Like everything, there are diminishing returns as the item becomes more expensive, but... there's something to be said about having a pen that feels great to write smoothly with.

Is $85 too much? Is $39 too much? Is $165 too much? Is over $9000 too much? The beautiful thing about stationery items is everything is very subjective.

Generally I would choose resolution first until after 4k ish. Unless you have a case where the graphics settings are terrible for a playable framerate. It is one of those things where I definitely recommend playing around with the settings

From 2020 I had a i5-11400H and a rtx 3050 with 4gb of vram

I was able to pick up a gaming laptop for $550

Specs:
Ryzen 7 7735HS
RX 7700S
16gb of Ddr5 ram (probably gonna upgrade to 32 later down the line)

My biggest problem is the fact my laptop isn’t using my Gpu; MSI has in fact hardware disabled being able use my GPU I’m only allowed to use my Igpu with the 3050 on the side

laptops with igpus and dgpus generally try to push you to use the igpu for most desktop tasks that dont need, and auto-switch to the dgpu as needed. its how they extend the battery life
