If a package is delivered to the wrong address, all you have to do is call customer service and if they have a photo record of the delivery, they should be able to reference other photos from that address and see that it is incorrect

I called the shipper and they took care of it, I called FedEx first and they said to call the shipper

Just so annoying because it was expensive and now a huge time delay, but the package literally wouldn’t have any value to anybody but me. It was a 2 magnetic drain bolts and 3 quarts of manual transmission gear oil for a Volkswagen

My apartment people suck too, there is cameras setup, but I called and they said they don’t work, which means they haven’t worked for over 2 years. Plus they’ve known there is a rampant package thief in that apartment because they’ve left signs that say “please don’t steal packages”

Plus to add my girlfriend gets her medication through the mail and it’s all fun and games until one of them containing a medication she needs to live gets stolen

I would’ve had a much different conversation with the apartment people if that were the case

I’m assuming they just haven’t wanted to pay a contractor to come and get them fully working, because the lines, cameras and everything is there.
