water cooling is for quietness, and for efficiency.. especially in data centres, you can wire up 1 cage to do the water cooling for 10 cages, and it would be cheaper in equipment, electricity, the actual room it takes to do, and noise... making it so humans are actually able to do in more places to service more things, with less expensive safety equipment
