Bifurcation on CPU is also sometimes really hard to achieve because you can't use bifurcation with FLEX/HSIO lanes

Those get setup once and you can't change it for the life of the board

I really really wish Intel and AMD would move to increase the available CPU lanes by 4 but they are focused on trying to improve the PCH <> CPU throughput instead
