I used this 4mm bit extender and, in order to cover it with something that resembled the original shaft, it had to be a bit bigger.
The smooth part is also a single wall line thick. It could have turned out better if I had a 0.2mm nozle instead of a 0.4mm.
Most bit extenders were the same anyways (there weren't many 4mm ones anyways)

Apart of the Windows Webcam interface and even the USB Webcam interface is something called a "Shutter" control. One of the settings of the shutter control is to select the type. Mechanical or Electrical. I had taken a look into the "Electrical" shutters and they put that glass that turns solid when you put voltage on it over the camera
