Unless you personally know the actual person you are sending money to, in real life. And you can verify what is going on via a completely different method of communication... Do not send money to people on the internet. If someone claims to have sent you money by mistake, or too much money... Bad news for them... They can go through the proper process to claim it back. If they are asking you to send it, it's a scam, it was always a scam. And getting scammed once, gets you put in their gullible mark database, and you will then get scammed again and again and again
