• I've tried enabling XMP, swapping between 3 different versions of AMD drivers, reinstalling games.
• No measurements yet, though I've seen lag spikes dip down to 20fps, when it can hold 144 normally.
• Temps are 60C for both CPU and GPU, nothing odd in task manager.
