You'd want ASA not ABS, but yes ASA would probably be better than reesin. However generally 3d printed parts are much weaker than injection molded parts so working as a replacement can be iffy

Also if you use USB C for all the things it makes it trivial to have multiple chargers, easy to have an extra battery, and easy to replace.

When you pick MOV's for a surge protector, you know what your target voltage is and your breakdown (protect @) voltage.

Lets say I used a 150V MOV with a 240V breakdown because I need to be tight on protecting whatever equipment.

I plug that thing into a 240V outlet across the world and suddenly that MOV thinks its a surge

additionally, if I used a 150V MOV with a 500V breakdown, a 240V load will overload it

If I used a 240V MOV with 500V breakdown, it wouldnt sufficiently protect 120V loads

Because it doesnt breakdown fast enough
