Another also, each LED being hooked up in series like that with resistors to ground after each one, that essentially forms a voltage divider so each subsequent LED in series will be dimmer

Do not be afraid to place multiple grounds on the circuit so you don't have to do really long connections

that's the main power, the simple voltage divider part goilng from dishcarge out to threshold is setting it to a lower voltage

for example if this was 10k on the top and 20k on the bottom and i was to run 5v into it at the top, then i'd get around 3.3-3.4v where it's in the middle

Qualcom is more hit or miss, for example my router has a NSS processor (ah yeah that is why it's "6" core")
This SOC has two NSS processors. This NSS processors are able to handle some network / cryptographic functions and offload the main processors of the SOC. Currently, the Qualcomm NSS hardware acceleration is not officially supported in OpenWrt and maybe never will be. The code needed for that is not in the kernel of Linux and the patches provided by Qualcomm are only for very old versions of the kernel, so they can't be imported directly into OpenWrt and adding them require a lot of work and maintenance.

But no drivers really
