i had a cheapo 32" £150 TV in the bedroom for about 3 years.. then the LED backlight burned out.. so... knowing i was going to have to buy a new one anyway, i took it apart, found that it was a few of the LEDs that had died, causing the whole panel to not work, but, i could solder a standard 12v LED strip to the power supply

so, i replaced the 12 LEDs it did have, with a grid of 120 LEDs

it worked really really really well, better than it ever had, for 4 days

melted the power supply 😄

In a limited sense, yes. In reality, if that's not a 12V nominal battery pack internally, there's a significant lossy conversion from battery voltage to 12V. You won't actually be getting 6.4Ah out

That's very pessimistic. An unisolated li-ion to 12V DC-DC in a power bank should be in the 95+% efficiency range. 12V back to battery voltage is similarly high. Above 90% is very achievable even accounting cable losses

Depends a little on what you're after and what your upgrading prospects would be. Ryzen 7000s have their issues, AM5 and all that. If you want the benefits then Intel might be the way to go? If you want a price-performance rig, then I'd say go AM4, but that stimmies upgrading later
