Make sure it's balanced, the CPU shouldn't hold back the GPU at the settings you want to play at, there will always be bottlenecks on a system you just have to decide what you want it to be.

For example if you play games on lower settings the CPU will most likely be at 100% and GPU will be used less depending on what GPU you get, if you play on higher settings CPU will be used less and GPU will be used more.
