Apple makes devices which serve a specific market and they make that specific market very happy. I worked in a Tech repair shop for a number of years and a portion of our userbase used Mac and they loved them for being so "simple" and clean and pretty. the fact that they could get more performance for less money on a PC, and the fact that they were un utter pita to service was irrelevant to them. And more power too them. Having diverse options to suite everyones taste ishow a free market is supposed to work. the problem comes when you get product families that lock you into an ecosystem you can't get out of. So you "HAVE" to [for example] use iTune to talk to your phone/tablet/ipod/ipods/whatever and they only connect using a propritry charger, or only talk to an iPhone app that you can't get on an android or windows device... etc etc

def cant overclock a 3070ti if i want to play a handful of games, some completely cap almost all gpu and cpu performance metrics and run for a day if i wanted.... some crash the moment i dare touch any overclock metric, and vrchat specificially doesnt crash anymore if i underclock the vram. so unstable overclock is as broad a term as bottleneck is id assume. its all dependant on how it interacts with your hardware.

You don't need to, because boiling water boils at 100c, if you turn up the heat source it just evaporates faster, it doesn't go over 100c
